Beware When the Bean Counters Take Over

Keep this in mind as you read this chapter: Bean counters (the bookkeepers and accountants), should only exist in a company to serve your construction department and your estimating/ bidding efforts so the financial performance of the company improves. If the role of the Bean Counter in your company gets to big, then your company's efficiency and employee and customer morale can suffer.
